Customer Care Associate – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Customer Care Associate will join the Global CRM team at our headquarters in Solomeo, supporting customers worldwide across e‑commerce, boutique and multibrand channels. Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, the role blends digital and in‑store clienteling to deliver a luxury‑brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote CRM culture and build human connections with customers across all touchpoints.
• Act as a personal stylist, managing digital and in‑store clienteling activities to engage and retain clients.
• Review, prioritize and resolve customer requests, ensuring service aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Coordinate returns, repairs and alterations, tracking operations from request to completion.
• Support e‑commerce order management, shipment monitoring and omnichannel activities.
• Participate in special projects such as training sessions, customer delight initiatives and gifting programs.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for authentic relationship building.
• Previous experience in customer care, retail or CRM, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to handle difficult situations with empathy.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize daily tasks and projects.
• Independent worker who thrives in an international team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce (a plus).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
