Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage the order‑to‑cash process for complex component, project, field service and service operations orders. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries and correct invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities from order acceptance through fulfilment, including equipment and parts ordering, warehousing and shipment scheduling.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery dates and any potential delays.
• Prepare and verify supplier shipping documents, manage export/import paperwork and oversee customs clearance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database, monitor backlog and work‑in‑progress, and review open orders regularly.
• Administer and follow up on customer and supplier claims, gathering documentation and supporting timely resolution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer care, order management or a similar operational role.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, logistics and invoicing processes.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities, able to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail when handling documentation.
• Proactive, structured and solution‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
