Customer Quality Specialist – Automotive & e‑Mobility

About the role

The Customer Quality Specialist will ensure the highest level of service quality for our automotive and e‑mobility customers. Working closely with the service department, you will analyse error reports, manage complaints and support continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and systematically evaluate error reports from the service department.
• Handle service‑related complaints using the 8D problem‑solving methodology.
• Train service personnel on quality standards and specific customer requirements.
• Provide operational support to service teams in managing customer complaints.
• Participate in product development and business‑process optimisation initiatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining service instructions and documentation.

Required profile

• Technical high‑school diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar quality role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods such as 8D, process approval and statistical process control.
• Familiarity with continuous‑improvement tools (5S, PDCA, the 7 types of waste).
• Basic understanding of risk management (FMEA) and project management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are an advantage.
