About the role
The Customer Service Intern will join Stryker's Customer Service division, working under a dedicated tutor to gain hands‑on experience in managing both public and private customer interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management of the EDICOM portal for electronic invoicing.
- Assist in handling credit notes.
- Help produce, create, and manage delivery notes and invoices.
- Support the operation of the Edwin (EDI) and Hyperscience portals.
Required skills
- Familiarity with EDICOM portal.
- Experience with EDI systems (Edwin).
- Knowledge of Hyperscience portal.
