Customer Service Representative – Key Accounts

About the role

The Customer Service Representative – Key Accounts will act as the first point of contact for our Global, Regional and Local key account clients. You will ensure a high‑quality service experience by handling queries, resolving issues promptly and promoting self‑service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide premium care and maintain high service levels for key accounts through Service Cloud and other channels.
• Promote and guide customers on the use of self‑service and e‑commerce tools.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Administration team, Key Account Support and Key Account Specialists, escalating cases when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Adapt to evolving digital transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong business awareness and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud (Salesforce) platform.
