Customer Success Manager – Southern Europe

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Southern Europe to act as the primary contact for customers, helping them achieve faster value, stronger adoption, and better business outcomes from AVEVA solutions. The role involves managing a portfolio of accounts across Italy, France, and Spain, with a hybrid work model and up to 25% travel to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, establish relationships, and set expectations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Services and partners to define architecture and rollout plans.
• Develop and execute success plans to drive adoption of AVEVA software, including cloud solutions.
• Manage services budgets, coordinate quotes, and oversee resource allocation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to generate additional revenue.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product and service improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage customer portfolios and drive adoption of software solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
