Dealer Auditor

About the role

The Dealer Auditor will join Stellantis' Dealer Audit organization in Italy, supporting the execution and reporting of audit results related to dealership commercial activities. The role ensures that reimbursements for sales incentives and other commercial programs are accurate, complete, and compliant with Stellantis policies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute audits of dealership commercial activities and report findings.
• Prepare and communicate audit-related documents such as notification letters and detailed reports.
• Maintain and update audit tools and documentation.
• Monitor Stellantis commercial policies and programs, performing root‑cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal and external processes and system functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in auditing, finance/accounting, compliance, project management, quality assurance, or the automotive industry.
• Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (O365).
• General understanding of the franchised dealership model.
• Quantitative, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Knowledge of risk management, control objectives, and both automated and manual controls.
• Vendor management experience, including handling Statements of Work and KPI monitoring.
