Demand Planning Specialist

About the role

The Demand Planning Specialist will be responsible for translating market demand into actionable production plans. Working closely with supply, scheduling, sales and product teams, you will ensure that the manufacturing schedule aligns with commercial priorities and capacity constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse monthly commercial demand (volumes & mix) for all countries and propose production inputs for industrial assessment.
• Collaborate with scheduling and supply teams to guarantee execution of the master production plan.
• Allocate industrial capacity by building market‑specific production programs while respecting regional distribution, stock targets, range evolution and strategic orientations.
• Analyse product‑mix trends and support capacity‑adjustment decisions together with the supply team.
• Prepare and publish guidelines with the product team to inform markets about major range changes and product information.
• Ensure daily order coverage, respect commercial priorities, and adjust the program based on order availability.
• Integrate new‑product launch planning into production schedules and coordinate with supply and execution teams.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a supply‑chain or demand‑planning role.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with good listening, adaptability and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (expert working knowledge).

What we offer

• Salary range €36,000 – €42,000 per year, defined according to candidate profile.
• Employment under the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), third professional area.
• Location in Turin, Italy.
