DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join TMC’s high‑tech consulting team. You will ensure the reliability and performance of micro‑service platforms, support incident resolution and drive continuous improvement across our cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor micro‑service environments, implementing preventive maintenance.
• Lead incident and problem management, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate escalations.
• Manage deployments, rollbacks and updates using CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce technical documentation, reporting and KPI analysis for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with micro‑services, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms and virtualization.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK stack and Grafana.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python, and comfortable with Linux/Unix systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, version control (Git) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Fluent Italian native speaker and at least B1 level English.
