Digital Campaign Junior Specialist

About the role

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Digital Campaign Junior Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of global marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The role combines data‑driven analysis with creative collaboration to boost audience engagement and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns.
• Set up campaigns via email, SMS, WhatsApp and emerging channels.
• Conduct basic research on target audiences, competitors and market trends.
• Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and deliverables.
• Track performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal BI platforms.
• Create regular performance reports and share insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters and external partners to ensure timely asset delivery.
• Oversee email testing, audience segmentation and optimisation recommendations.
• Support local activations from briefing through final delivery.
• Assist with journey testing, execution and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
