Digital & Communications Specialist – Italy

About the role

The Digital & Communications Specialist for Italy will drive Brooks’ local PR, influencer and community programmes while managing the brand’s social media presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager – Italy and the EMEA PR & Influencer Manager, you will help translate global strategies into engaging digital content that resonates with Italian runners and the wider Brooks community.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement digital marketing and social media activities in line with Global and EMEA strategies.
• Maintain and update the social media calendar, ensuring timely, localized posts for product launches, events and campaigns.
• Create and schedule brand‑appropriate social copy, respond to community interactions and monitor conversations across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce digital assets and localized webpages for e‑commerce.
• Track performance using Ads Manager, Google Analytics and social listening tools, reporting insights to the marketing team.
• Support the E‑comm team with planning and development of localized web pages.
• Coordinate with Italian Sales, Tech Rep and Customer Service teams to align communications.

Required profile

• Strong interest in running culture and community engagement.
• Experience working in a cross‑functional, multicultural environment.
• Ability to monitor trends, identify relevant topics and engage authentically with the audience.
• Excellent written communication in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
