Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Missoni is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join its Digital team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, you will work across e‑commerce, retail and IT functions, turning data into actionable strategies for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of multichannel digital campaigns across international markets.
• Assist local partners with trade‑marketing activities, set up digital advertising campaigns, and produce performance reports.
• Monitor campaign performance using web‑analytics and marketing‑analytics tools, creating dashboards and reports for decision‑making.
• Contribute to media‑budget optimisation across digital channels.
• Help manage site‑tracking infrastructure, supporting GA4 and Google Tag Manager operations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in international, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related quantitative fields.

Required skills

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing Webmaster Tools, TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Merchant Center, Google My Business, Clarity, Highstreet, CJ Affiliates.
• Data‑analysis and dashboard creation (SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email/marketing automation tools; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
