Digital Marketing Executive (Pre-Opening)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will support Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina during its pre‑opening phase and beyond, driving the resort’s digital presence and ensuring all online touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury standards. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will collaborate with corporate teams and external agencies to create compelling digital content that engages guests and supports commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the pre‑opening digital marketing strategy, coordinating content creation and publication across all platforms.
• Assist in launching and maintaining the resort’s website, ensuring brand consistency, accurate information and SEO optimisation.
• Prepare and manage digital assets, including photography and video, in partnership with corporate marketing and agencies.
• Support CRM campaign set‑up, database building and targeted email marketing ahead of opening.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR and Marketing teams to promote pre‑opening campaigns and key milestones.
• Track and report digital performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
