Digital Marketing Lead (B2B)

About the role

Axpo Italia is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute its B2B digital strategy. Reporting to the Communication & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the overall digital experience, from website design to customer journey optimisation, across all corporate platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously optimise the B2B digital experience (UX/UI), including website visual identity, customer area and digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Brand & Media, Marketing, Sales, IT and headquarters to define platform requirements and deliver digital projects in line with corporate branding guidelines.
• Manage website content strategy (SEO/Geo), optimisation, and the evolution of online services, ensuring compelling storytelling.
• Monitor and analyse digital performance (KPIs, analytics, sentiment) to support lead generation and identify market trends.
• Act as the primary contact for Business Units, supporting digital promotion initiatives and ensuring consistency.
• Coordinate vendor management, budget tracking, contracts and content usage rights.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, brand standards, data‑privacy and accessibility regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Digital Marketing leader in an international, structured environment; energy sector experience is a plus.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.
