Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online performance and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. You will manage key platforms, analyse results, and work closely with hotel leadership, central teams, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the hotel website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Keep websites up‑to‑date, aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for speed and SEO.
• Produce digital performance reports, analysing traffic, engagement and revenue contribution.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimisation.
• Collaborate with agencies on paid social and digital advertising, ensuring proper campaign structure, measurement and optimisation.
• Support CRM systems, email marketing tools and guest communication platforms.
• Partner with hotel leadership on digital strategy, campaign planning and reporting to maintain Four Seasons brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong commercial focus on performance, revenue and ROI.
• Data‑driven, organised and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
