Digital Media Specialist

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to develop and execute digital media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. The role focuses on planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns to align with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer engagement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated digital media campaigns that support marketing and business targets.
• Create, manage, and optimize content on websites, social media, CRM and other digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, ROI and conversion rates, and deliver actionable insights.
• Analyze user behavior across channels to adjust media spend and improve effectiveness.
• Support media planning with agencies and internal teams, managing timelines, assets and deliverables.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end customer journey optimization, including A/B testing and conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Sales and Product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Stay current on digital media trends, tools and best practices, proposing innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital media or digital marketing roles.
• Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and media planning.
• Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience using analytics tools.
• Knowledge of various media platforms.
