Digital Platform Owner (Web) – Lead Generation & Conversion

About the role

Culligan is seeking a Digital Platform Owner (Web) to lead the evolution of its web properties. The role sits at the intersection of technology, marketing and data, focusing on high‑performing, scalable sites that drive lead generation and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance, scalability and lead‑generation capabilities of all web platforms.
• Define and maintain the digital roadmap in partnership with Marketing and Digital teams.
• Optimize websites and landing pages for speed, UX, accessibility and technical SEO.
• Design and manage the tracking architecture (data layer, GTM, GA4) to ensure accurate data collection.
• Integrate web properties with CRM, marketing automation and third‑party tools.
• Oversee the WordPress ecosystem, including custom themes, plugins and sustainable development practices.
• Support CRO initiatives, A/B testing and experimentation using tools such as VWO.
• Manage releases, environments and version control using Git‑based workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web development or digital platform management.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
