About the role

We are looking for a motivated Dining Room Assistant (Commis di Sala) to join Aethos Monterosa for the upcoming summer season. The role involves welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the dining areas are impeccably presented.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests and provide a warm welcome.
Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
Support service preparations and maintain the appearance of all areas.
Prepare and arrange all necessary mise‑en‑place.
Clean designated areas according to procedures, routines, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

Fluent in English and Italian.
Natural host with a passion for hospitality.
Flexible schedule, able to work long hours and cover evening events.
Effective listening and problem‑solving abilities.
Regular attendance and compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards.
Maintain a warm, genuine demeanor at all times.

Required skills

Fluent English communication.
Fluent Italian communication.
