Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Manager

About the role

The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Manager will act as the central hub linking our winery brands with the Casa di Langa Resort and related hospitality assets. This cross‑functional position drives the creation of memorable guest experiences, oversees DTC initiatives, and ensures brand consistency across wine, hospitality, events, and partnership touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between wineries and the resort, coordinating wine experiences, tastings, private events, and hospitality packages.
• Plan, execute, and support group tastings, winery visits, and guest‑facing activities, ensuring operational excellence.
• Develop and implement Direct‑to‑Consumer programs, customer engagement initiatives, and Wine Club activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences across all consumer touchpoints and strengthen loyalty.
• Assist in creating and executing integrated marketing and brand‑activation campaigns, providing content and materials for seasonal promotions and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, destination management companies, and other strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, wine, or related luxury service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage DTC or customer‑engagement programs.
• Experience coordinating events, tastings, and multi‑unit hospitality initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, events, and guest relations functions.
