Director, Global Leadership, Talent Development & Learning

About the role

Alfasigma is looking for a visionary Director to lead its global talent, leadership, and learning agenda. Reporting to the CHRO, you will shape the capabilities, culture, and leadership excellence needed to support the company’s growth ambitions and embed learning into everyday work.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a future‑focused leadership and talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and implement scalable leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, senior leaders, and executives.
• Integrate leadership frameworks into talent, performance, succession, and development processes.
• Partner with senior executives to strengthen succession pipelines and leadership bench strength.
• Lead the development of global learning strategy, creating blended, digital, experiential, and peer‑to‑peer learning experiences.
• Ensure learning solutions are measurable, scalable, and linked to business outcomes.
• Chair the Learning Council and establish enterprise‑wide learning governance.
• Drive culture transformation initiatives, reinforcing organizational beliefs and values.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in talent development, learning, or HR transformation.
• Ability to influence C‑suite executives while staying connected to execution.
• Strategic thinker with a strong track record of delivering enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
