About the role

The Director of IMSC Project Portfolio Operations leads decision‑making and business processes across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (J&JIM SC). This senior position drives the achievement of strategic, operational and financial goals while shaping the future of global healthcare supply chain excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously mature portfolio management capabilities, encompassing people, processes and technology solutions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and supply‑chain objectives.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best‑in‑class practices and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple geographic hubs to manage risk, resolve issues and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide strategic insights and financial stewardship to support long‑term growth and innovation.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in supply‑chain, project portfolio, or operations management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, matrixed organizations and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and influencing abilities.
