Director of Finance Shared Services

About the role

The Director of Finance Shared Services leads the Finance Shared Services team, overseeing accounts payable, cash application, collections, expense management, master data management and payroll for all Group O business units and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Finance Shared Services, including AP, AR, expense management, master data, cash management and payroll.
• Develop and supervise staff, manage workload balance, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Maintain ERP configurations, establish best practices, standardize processes and support ERP phased implementation.
• Set departmental goals, SLAs and KPIs, monitor performance and drive cost‑saving and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years progressive finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills with ability to lead change initiatives.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (fundamentals training, advanced user).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
