Dual Site Store Manager – New Opening at Roma Outlet Village

About the role

We are looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead the launch of a new Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein store at the Roma Outlet Village. The manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across both brands, driving sales, and establishing the store as a preferred destination.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce and exemplify high‑standard Customer Experience (CX) throughout the store.
• Identify CX issues, provide feedback, and coach sales staff to improve service.
• Build collaborative relationships with neighboring businesses for joint market initiatives and conduct competitor analysis.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends and local customer profiles through media and community engagement.
• Develop and oversee the professional growth of store personnel, defining training needs together with deputies.
• Conduct performance evaluations, propose development plans, and lead recruitment processes.
• Qualify Area Manager requirements regarding Full‑Time Equivalent (FTE) staffing.
• Oversee workforce planning and coordinate store priorities in line with the retail calendar and project timelines.
• Analyze business performance data, identify actions, and work with the Business Analyst to drive results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing retail store operations and teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop staff.
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external partnership building.
• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and customer behavior.
