About the role

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and make them feel instantly at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and provide confident menu recommendations.
• Anticipate and address floor needs before they are requested.
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen staff to ensure accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and minor issues with calm, friendly problem‑solving.
• Maintain a clean, organized station ready for action.
• Support teammates during busy periods to create a seamless team rhythm.

Required profile

• Natural hospitality feel with a passion for creating memorable moments.
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing composure.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and pride in cleanliness.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.
