E-Commerce Associate – Online Operations

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Associate you will join the worldwide e‑commerce team, supporting daily operational management of the online store across multiple markets. Based in Rome, you will work closely with merchandising, site management and regional teams to ensure product information, catalogue settings and sales performance are accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product go‑lives and ensure platform readiness for each market.
• Maintain operational documents, trackers and shared files with up‑to‑date information.
• Perform regular checks on product visibility, settings, images, descriptions and categorisation.
• Provide first‑level support for online product issues and assist regional teams.
• Support launches, collection drops and commercial activations in collaboration with e‑merchandising and site teams.
• Monitor sales and stock, contribute to weekly/monthly dashboards and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Conduct competitor benchmarks on product presentation, assortment and online activations.
• Identify catalogue inconsistencies across markets and coordinate timely resolutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce, digital or retail, preferably within fashion or luxury.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in online client experience and the fashion & luxury sector.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Understanding of e‑commerce platforms such as Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of website technologies (e.g., HTML).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
