E-Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services (Season 2026)

About the role

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Concierge for the 2026 season to deliver personalized guest experiences in a luxury lakeside setting. You will act as the primary point of contact for guest requests, ensuring every need—from transportation to special amenities—is met with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements (transport, reservations, dry‑cleaning) and coordinate with appropriate providers.
• Gather and share information about property amenities, local events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, routing them to the correct department when needed.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Document shift logs, incident reports, and safety observations in logbooks.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a genuine appreciation for hospitality.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a luxury hotel environment.

• Gross annual salary ranging from €25,316.20 to €28,640.00 (pro‑rated for part‑year employment).
