E-Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services (Season 2026)

About the role

The E‑Concierge will be the primary point of contact for guests at The Lake Como EDITION during the 2026 season, delivering personalized assistance and ensuring a seamless luxury experience. This full‑time, on‑site role combines guest service, coordination with hotel departments, and local knowledge to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry‑cleaning, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events, and activities, and assist with bookings.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant department (e.g., bell staff, housekeeping).
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain shift logs, daily memos, and incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, provide courteous service, and handle diverse requests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Gross annual salary ranging from €25,316.20 to €28,640, pro‑rated for seasonal employment.
