e-Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Fashion E‑Commerce

About the role

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking an experienced e‑Visual Merchandiser to join its Milan headquarters. You will be responsible for shaping the online shopping experience across multiple regions, ensuring that product visibility and ranking align with the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage search ranking and discoverability through SEO, performing regular checks and validation for HQ, US and Middle East markets.
• Create and maintain commercial and launch rankings, including newsletters, “most loved” sections, new‑in galleries, paid social products and homepage themes.
• Partner with the Buying team to translate merchandising strategy into digital execution and protect the DG brand image.
• Review third‑party category listing pages to reflect seasonal investments, boost stock rotation and improve conversion rates.
• Define rankings according to HQ visual‑merchandising guidelines and regional customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team on go‑to‑market initiatives, special projects, product pushes and seasonal launches.
• Work closely with the Buying team to set VIP client rankings worldwide.

Required profile

• Solid prior experience in a similar worldwide role within the luxury industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expert‑level experience with Algolia for search optimization, ranking and discoverability configuration.
• Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
