Ed‑Tech Project Manager

About the role

This position leads and scales an innovative online education platform focused on workforce development and career transformation. Based in Italy, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, drive platform improvements, and support international growth while working closely with instructors, support teams, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform.
• Coordinate resources, instructors, and support functions for multiple training programs.
• Develop and execute strategies for multilingual content expansion and global market accessibility.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and lead remote cross‑functional teams.
• Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project, product, or operations management within EdTech, e‑learning, SaaS, or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
• Strategic mindset and solid business acumen.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
