Electrical Maintenance Operator – Shift Work

About the role

The Electronic/Electrical Maintenance Operator is responsible for repairing and troubleshooting machine tool systems and other manufacturing equipment at Westinghouse's Monfalcone site. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the role ensures continuous operation of critical production lines through scheduled and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance checks on machine tools and related systems, completing inspection records.
• Provide technical support to external maintenance contractors and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Carry out electrical and electronic repairs on machine tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate inspection documentation and communicate needs to coordinators.
• Adhere to company safety, quality, risk, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or vocational certificate focused on electrical studies.
• Minimum three years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Willingness to work rotating three‑shift schedule, including occasional Saturday work.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (minimum B1 level).
