EMEA E‑Business Assistant – Beauty Sector

About the role

Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for an EMEA E‑Business Assistant to join its digital team in Milan. You will support the execution and optimisation of the brand’s online presence across European retail platforms, working closely with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure flawless CARS (Content, Assortment, Rating & Reviews, Search) execution for Dolce&Gabbana Beauty on e‑retail sites.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to streamline e‑commerce and digital processes.
• Review local market requests and align them with global guidelines for go‑live approval.
• Collect data and optimise activation plans for e‑retailers, matching commercial and marketing priorities.
• Monitor, report and optimise e‑commerce KPIs such as sales, market share, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic and content score.
• Provide regular digital performance updates to subsidiaries and distributors.
• Track competitor e‑commerce activities across the EMEA region.
• Research emerging e‑commerce and digital marketing trends in various countries.

Required profile

• Strong interest in e‑commerce and digital marketing.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Open, dynamic, flexible, motivated, team‑oriented and capable of independent work.
• Experience in beauty or luxury fashion is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
