EMEA Marketing Manager – Luxury Audio Brands

About the role

The EMEA Marketing Manager will lead marketing planning and execution for the McIntosh and Sonus Faber luxury audio brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role translates global direction into regional brand initiatives, driving awareness, consideration and demand among key audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional activation plan, calendar and budget, aligning with global strategy and regional sales priorities.
• Build and execute initiatives to increase brand awareness and demand among audiophiles, luxury buyers, design advisors and aspiring buyers.
• Localize global brand activations and partnerships to meet regional market needs and support sales growth.
• Maintain relationships with regional distributors and dealers to support local activations and customer support frameworks.
• Lead rollout of marketing assets and guidelines across dealers, distributors and sales channels.
• Partner with sales teams, distributors and dealers to gather market insights that inform strategy.
• Set KPIs, generate performance reports and share learnings to optimise future marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with sales, PR, and automotive teams to support regional growth objectives and partnership activations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in marketing program or project management, preferably in a corporate or global setting.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong background in campaign planning, product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience working with creative teams, product marketing and sales enablement.

Required skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Smartsheet and Jira.
