Engineering Graduate Program – Rotational Development

About the role

Join Solvay’s Engineering Graduate Program and embark on a three‑year rotational journey across multiple business units, functions and geographies. You will gain hands‑on experience in a leading chemicals company while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to drive sustainable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy digital and operational excellence methodologies across the plant.
• Lead transformation projects and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.
• Create and implement detailed transformation plans (TIP) and recommend optimal processes, methods and tools.
• Apply Lean Management techniques such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping to improve performance.
• Promote a culture of excellence by delivering training and coordinating continuous‑improvement networks.
• Conduct regular safety rounds, audits and dialogues, integrating HSE considerations into all improvement activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in chemical or mechanical engineering.
• Relevant first experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry; a digital background is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Curiosity, initiative, achievement‑driven mindset and strong team spirit.
