Engineering Specialist

About the role

The Engineering Specialist will lead process industrialisation activities for a premium automotive supplier, ensuring that work procedures, bills of materials and production tooling are correctly defined and aligned with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and upload bills of materials (BOM) and product work cycles in the information system.
• Code finished products and assign control codes to raw materials.
• Produce detailed work instructions in collaboration with technical departments.
• Develop and optimise production equipment (tooling) to meet industrialisation and quality requirements.
• Conduct value‑analysis studies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure proper implementation of BOMs and tooling in the shop floor.

Required profile

• Degree in a technical discipline (preferred).
• Experience in industrialisation or manufacturing process activities.
• Strong knowledge of office automation tools.
• Ability to perform method, cycle‑time and value‑analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in English.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €34,000 and €41,000, in line with the CCNL Legno Arredo Industria collective agreement.
