EPR Specialist

About the role

The EPR Specialist will manage regulatory and operational obligations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes. This includes monitoring environmental regulations, managing national registers, coordinating annual producer declarations, and ensuring compliance across multiple EPR streams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide internal advisory support on administrative and regulatory matters, focusing on National Registers and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate document management activities and prepare documentation for corporate and consortium meetings.
• Oversee the annual reporting and declaration process for producers, acting as the main contact with Coordination Centres.
• Manage and respond to complex, non‑standard requests from producers placing EPR‑subject products on the market.
• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments related to EPR schemes.
• Coordinate regulatory deadlines and prepare submissions to governmental authorities, including planning, tracking, and follow‑up.
• Review, update, and maintain contractual documentation for producers, ensuring alignment with evolving regulations.
• Lead regulatory monitoring across multiple EPR streams, assess legislative impacts and support compliance strategies.

Required profile

• Scientific degree.
