Equity Marketing Internship - Bakery Brands

About the role

Barilla is looking for an intern to join the Equity Marketing Bakery Brands team in Parma. You will support visual identity, packaging projects and brand activation initiatives across the bakery portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of visual identity and packaging projects.
• Coordinate packaging design, artwork development and adaptations with internal teams and external agencies.
• Ensure consistent deployment of brand assets and visual identity guidelines across consumer touchpoints.
• Assist in planning and executing brand activation initiatives.
• Help with project management tasks such as timeline tracking, stakeholder alignment and approval processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
• Outstanding academic record with experience abroad.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Enjoys analytics and working with high‑volume data.
• Creative, agile mindset with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
