EU Logistics Manager

About the role

AMIRI is looking for an experienced EU Logistics Manager to lead day‑to‑day logistics operations across the EU and UK for both retail and wholesale channels. Reporting to the Global Logistics Director, the role focuses on service quality, cost control, compliance and inventory accuracy while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EU and UK 3PL and transportation operations, ensuring service, delivery and cost KPIs are met.
• Oversee daily logistics execution including inbound, outbound, transfers, urgent requests and peak periods.
• Resolve operational issues with warehouses, freight forwarders and parcel carriers such as DHL and DPD.
• Coordinate factory pickups and transportation flows with production teams and external providers.
• Ensure shipping documentation and transportation processes are accurate and compliant.
• Oversee logistics transactions across WMS, ERP and 3PL systems, guaranteeing timely and accurate inventory movements.
• Lead inventory reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Act as primary logistics contact for wholesale, retail, finance, production, development, warehouse and head‑office teams.
• Communicate operational risks, delays and recovery plans to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements, develop SOPs and maintain reporting standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EU/UK logistics within retail, omnichannel or luxury apparel environments.
• Strong background in inventory control, transaction integrity and reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
• Effective relationship‑building and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Coordination of third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
