About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to boost resident retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, you will help with move‑ins, create resident programs, and assist in sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and follow up on service requests.
- Maintain guest suite schedules, oversee loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
- Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
- Prepare amenities for tours and resident use.
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces, tracking outcomes and metrics.
- Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with residents, prospects, and vendors.
