Event Sales Executive – Luxury Hotel (Season 2026)

About the role

As an Event Sales Executive you will drive revenue for a luxury hotel by managing both proactive and reactive sales for groups and events, covering accommodation and food & beverage functions. You will act as the key liaison between the sales team and operations, ensuring seamless coordination and flawless execution of each event.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to event and group inquiries, prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the Sales & Events Support Office (SESO) and hotel teams for site inspections and accommodation management.
• Create customized, non‑accommodation proposals that highlight upselling opportunities such as premium packages, catering, décor and audiovisual services.
• Work closely with operations to communicate event logistics, organise pre‑meeting briefings and support set‑up.
• Maintain a feedback loop with senior management to refine sales strategies and align with the hotel’s positioning.
• Monitor event‑related revenue metrics and client satisfaction to evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event sales, hotel sales or a comparable customer‑facing role within luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and exceed sales targets.
