Events & Experiences Host

About the role

YellowSquare is seeking an energetic Events & Experiences Host to become the heartbeat of its Milan hostel. You will lead social activities, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help guests feel part of a global community.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and host quiz nights, karaoke, tournaments and other creative events.
• Engage guests on the floor, moving through the crowd to ensure everyone feels included.
• Collaborate with Bar and Reception teams to deliver seamless experiences from start to finish.
• Propose new daytime and evening event formats to keep the venue’s vibe fresh.
• Maintain high energy and a proactive attitude throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Positive, charismatic personality with strong stage presence.
• Comfortable interacting with an international audience.
• High proficiency in spoken English; Italian or other languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends on an on‑call schedule.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to manage group dynamics.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and public‑speaking abilities.
