Events & Experiences Host (Milan)

About the role

YellowSquare is seeking an energetic Events & Experiences Host to be the heartbeat of its Milan hostel. You will lead quizzes, karaoke, tournaments and other creative activities, turning strangers into a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run daytime and evening events that reflect the brand’s vibe.
• Host activities using a microphone, engaging an international audience.
• Move through the venue during events to ensure every guest feels welcomed.
• Collaborate with Bar and Reception teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain high energy and a proactive attitude throughout each shift.

Required profile

• Positive, charismatic personality with strong stage presence.
• Comfortable interacting with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• High proficiency in spoken English; Italian or other languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends on an on‑call schedule.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to manage group dynamics.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
