Events Trainee

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Trainee to join our events team and support the planning and execution of local activations and international projects. You will work closely with the Events Manager and collaborate across departments to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the events team in daily activities from ideation, production, to post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate event programmes for HJ events, including room and travel bookings and delivery of venue materials such as showcases, champagne, PLV, and other items.
• Support logistical activities and keep the annual events calendar up to date.
• Collaborate with product managers, CRM, merchandising, retail/wholesale, and sales assistants to support the event process.
• Measure event effectiveness through email surveys and feedback sessions.
• Prepare competitor analyses and reports for all event activities.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and fast learning mindset.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Outstanding negotiation and organizational abilities with multi‑tasking capability.
