Executive Producer (80–100%)

About the role

Infront is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to shape and deliver outstanding sports productions and engaging content for its Milan office. You will drive editorial and creative direction across live broadcasts, documentaries, digital series and other original formats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead editorial direction and provide creative vision for live broadcasts, post‑produced formats and original content.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, including content planning, research, fact‑checking, visual style, graphics and scripting for linear, OTT and digital platforms.
• Prepare and maintain editorial documentation such as multilateral running orders, guidelines, creative briefs and QC reports.
• Support business development by creating pitches, treatment decks and editorial content for RFPs.
• Implement and oversee quality‑control processes for both live and non‑live content.
• Supervise post‑production workflows and guide story editors, graphic designers and sound designers.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role with a relevant degree or vocational qualification.
• Proven experience in multilateral productions, world‑feed and multi‑purpose shoulder content.
• Strong general knowledge of sport and ability to quickly learn unfamiliar sports.
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with experience mentoring junior team members.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
