Experienced Accountant – Manage Daily Financial Operations

About the role

We are a growing company looking for a highly experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee our day‑to‑day financial operations. This key position requires a hands‑on professional who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing and transaction recording.
• Perform regular checks and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and accounts.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, processing and tracking payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in small to medium‑sized companies.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Experience with accounting software such as Zoho.
