F&B Host/Hostess – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional F&B Host/Hostess to join our team at Aman Rosa Alpina, a luxury resort nestled in the Dolomites. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables and present menus according to resort standards.
• Support the Food & Beverage leadership team in delivering consistent, high‑quality dining experiences.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming and uniform presentation at all times.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of special events, banquets and private functions.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including table settings, reservation checks and coordination with kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a polished, service‑oriented demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Commitment to upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Required skills

• Competent use of the Micros point‑of‑sale system.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures (helpful but not mandatory).
