F&B Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead food & beverage (F&B) marketing across its signature outlets in Dubai. The role will shape distinctive, brand‑aligned campaigns that drive guest engagement and commercial performance for luxury dining concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies that elevate the visibility and appeal of F&B venues.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and F&B leadership to ensure campaigns are both creatively compelling and commercially effective.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and creative teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives.
• Maintain brand integrity across all F&B marketing assets, ensuring consistency and visual excellence.
• Analyse campaign results, extract insights, and identify opportunities to optimise reach and revenue.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in luxury or hospitality marketing, with a focus on F&B concepts.
• Proven track record of delivering successful multi‑channel campaigns that drive guest engagement and revenue.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results.
• Highly collaborative, able to partner with senior stakeholders and external agencies.
