FIDIC Contract Manager for Data Center Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Contract Manager with deep expertise in FIDIC contracts to support data‑center projects. You will act as the FIDIC specialist, guiding project teams, clients and contractors through the full project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Red, Yellow and Silver Book standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to all project stakeholders.
• Review contract documents, specifications and drawings for FIDIC compliance.
• Develop execution plans and strategies aligned with FIDIC requirements.
• Support tendering and procurement, ensuring contract terms meet FIDIC standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
• Assess variations, claims and disputes, delivering technical recommendations per FIDIC procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all FIDIC‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing FIDIC contracts.
• Proven track record of handling Red Book, Yellow Book and Silver Book contracts.
• Strong understanding of data‑center infrastructure, design and construction practices.
