Field Service Engineer – Turin/East Piemonte

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support its medical capital equipment in Northern Italy and occasional European sites. The role combines on‑site service, technical troubleshooting and customer relationship management, with the majority of time spent travelling to hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and install Boston Scientific medical capital equipment in clinical environments.
• Perform technical troubleshooting across all product lines, including electrophysiology systems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital customers and internal sales/technical teams.
• Document service activities accurately to ensure traceability.
• Keep service tools and materials in operational condition and attend mandatory training at EMEA centres.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈80% of time) across Italy and occasionally Europe.
• Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
