Finance & Accounting Lead

About the role

We are a fast‑growing traveltech startup reshaping hospitality with AI‑driven, decentralized hotels. As the Finance & Accounting Lead, you will own and elevate our financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic budgeting, and robust cash management to support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and maintain finance and accounting processes, including annual financial statements and monthly closings.
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle, collaborating with senior leadership to align financial plans with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver clear, timely investor reports and support fundraising by creating financial materials and data rooms.
• Run cash‑flow forecasting using the internal tool to anticipate liquidity needs.
• Coordinate the accounting and finance team to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance and accounting within a high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with leadership, investors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous setting and thriving under pressure.
