Finance & Business Control Specialist (French Language)

About the role

This position is based in Rome and reports to the Administration Director. It focuses on managing accounting, finance, and business control activities for the France and Belgium markets, ensuring profitability and supporting commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Support monthly and periodic financial closings and ensure compliance with group accounting and fiscal policies.
• Oversee trade receivables for dealers and partners, monitor overdue amounts, and coordinate recovery actions.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports (P&L, margin analysis, cost control) and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze sales margins by market, dealer, and project to drive profitability.
• Act as the primary financial interface with dealers, sales teams, and banks, providing credit, cash‑flow, and operational support.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, business control or credit management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Fluency in French is required for communication with France‑based stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
